First Responders Meal Gifting
At the start of 2020, I created a vision board at a lovely gathering, but nowhere on this board did SHUT DOWN, PANDEMIC or COVID-19 appear! Rather, my board was covered with positive images, inspirational words and affirmations; All-important things for me to see on a daily basis NOW, especially as we navigate through these trying times.
I have been in business as a chef and baker for 14 years and can count on two fingers the times when I thought I would have to close down and look for a corporate job. To the new blog readers, I am a former IT professional who worked as a programmer, project manager, configuration management specialist and senior developer for three of the largest companies in the world. The truth of the matter is, I am in love with everything about cooking and baking. I get excited about new kitchen appliances, dishes, kitchen gadgets and even aprons and oven mitts! I can spend hours creating menus and sharing recipes with folks. My point is, I never tire of speaking and doing things that are food related. It truly brings me an indescribable joy in a way that some may not be able to understand.
As we move into the holiday season and the top of 2021, I am eager to stay in business and continue sharing my passion with the world! Humbly speaking, me staying in business requires the help of clients, family, friends and strangers!
I am seeking a one-time meal purchase for our First Responders. I am defining a First Responder as an essential worker in the medical, educational, fire, police, 911 call center, bus drivers or ANY person or organization you deem working on the front lines to assist those directly impacted by COVID. It's great to send pizza and store-bought sweets, however, I'd like to provide our First Responders with a well-balanced meal, prepared with love, delivered with a personalized message of hope, from YOU!
I am hopeful you will participate in this project, which will deliver Individually packaged meals in Atlanta, GA and surrounding suburbs. You do not have to live in Georgia to participate. The meal gifting options are below.
