We cater intimate dinner parties up to 50 people. A service contract and deposit of 40% is required to hold your service date.

We do not give discounts for our chef services.

Private chef service and Intimate dinners are paid based on the details set forth in the service contract.

We do our best to accommodate the schedule of our clients, therefore, our hours for private chef and intimate catering are flexible.

do you have a retail location?

Chef Courtney Brown Cookies is an internet based bakery. We do not have a retail location where you can come inside and select cookies from a case. All orders are baked to ship once an order is received from our website.

what are your hours of operation?

Chef Courtney Brown Cookies is open 24 hours per day, seven days a week to take orders; however we only bake and ship on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, to ensure all orders are delivered in two to three business days.

how much are Chef Courtney Brown Cookies?

Our individually wrapped, jumbo cookies are $60.00 per dozen, which includes the FedEx shipping fee. We also provide party and/or employee appreciation favors. Please contact us to receive a quote for your special event. 

how do I pay?

Chef Courtney Brown Cookies requires payment at the time your order is placed. You can pay online by credit card, Apple Pay or PayPal.

do you use added preservatives?

No! We do not use added preservatives for any of our baked goods. We use only the finest ingredients and we bake each order received from scratch. We mix orders in small batches to ensure the integrity of the flavor.

how long do Courtney cookies stay fresh?

Everything we bake is fresh with no added preservatives. Chef Courtney Brown Cookies stay fresh for up to 12 days, as long as they are stored in an airtight container.

can I freeze Chef Courtney Brown Cookies?

Yes! Chef Courtney Brown Cookies can be frozen in a freezer storage bag for up to three months. Simply unthaw to room temperature and enjoy. We do not recommend microwaving to unthaw cookies. Once thawed, store in an airtight container.

do you use nuts in Chef Courtney Brown Cookies?

Yes! Courtney Cookies uses pecans, walnuts and peanuts. While we have never had an incident of cross contamination, we recommend that those with nut allergies refrain from consuming our products.

do you decorate your cookies with frosting or make special shapes?

There are only three cookie flavors with frosting - Red Velvet, Key Lime and Carrot Cake. We do not do offer special shaped or logo cookies at this time. 

can my logo be added to your cookie packaging?

Yes! We are happy to include your logo on our favor boxes or the back of the individually wrapped cookies. Minimum order for customized cookie packaging is 10 dozen jumbo cookies. There is a fee charged for each logo you want printed and customized orders require you to prepay based on the quantity ordered. Please contact us by phone 678-644-7015 or send a message via our contact page regarding adding your logo to the packaging.

where do you ship your cookies?

Cookies ship FREE to all 50 states and Puerto Rico by 2Day FedEx. In some cases, our customers request overnight shipping, which is an additional fee, paid for by the customer. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.  

how do I track my shipment? Why did i incur an additional bill for shipping fees?

Courtney Cookies will provide a FedEx tracking number via email once your order is shipped. The email comes directly from FedEx and includes your tracking number and scheduled delivery date for your package. Please allow 24 hours to process and ship your order. 

Please double check your shipping address. If you provide an incorrect shipping address and it is not corrected prior to shipment of the cookies, you will be billed the FedEx address change fee, which is $19.50 per box shipped.

what is your return policy?

We do not accept returns or issue refunds. Once your order leaves our bakery, it is in our carriers hands. Refunds will not be given for shipping delays due to weather conditions, package refusal, or incomplete/incorrect addresses. However, we want all customers to be 100% satisfied with their experience from Chef Courtney Brown Cookies. If for some reason you are unsatisfied, please contact the bakery within 24-hours of receiving your order and we will do our best to address your concern. 

can I ship cookie orders to multiple addresses?

Chef Courtney Brown Cookies ship nationwide and can easily accommodate multiple recipients. At the time of checkout, please select the shipping option and update the quantity for the number of different addresses Chef Courtney Brown Cookies will be shipped too. We try to price our gifts as economically as possible, and we think they are very reasonably priced, considering our products are baked to ship, all handmade and hand-packaged.
